The portal offers two ways to reach the info you need. A chat answers direct questions: "when will my order be delivered?", "can I get the latest invoice again?", "what is the status of project X?" The assistant looks the answer up in your systems and returns it immediately, with a link to the right document or detail screen.

For people who prefer to look around themselves, there is a visual overview: open orders, projects in progress, invoices, contracts, everything relevant for that customer. Some people work conversationally, others want everything on one screen. Both modes live side by side in the same app, and the chat can even point to the right tab when that is faster.
