You build our pipeline of growing companies that want to integrate AI. You translate technology into business value, not into feature lists. Flexible work from Antwerp or remote.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at growing companies with €2M-€50M revenue
- Identify new opportunities, qualify them, and convert them into concrete projects
- Work closely with our tech team to craft proposals that actually fit — no template offers
- Co-define the strategic direction of Sevendays: which markets, which clients, which offering
- Track which trends in AI, automation and business software are relevant for our pipeline
- Show up at events and in networks where our ideal clients hang out
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in selling digital products or services (apps, web applications, integrations, software)
- You understand how digital solutions truly change businesses — not just at the feature level
- Familiarity with AI trends, automation, and business software (CRM, ERP, ticketing systems)
- Client-focused approach: you listen first, ask sharp questions, and build trust
- Proactive and autonomous: you structure your own pipeline and calendar
- Team player: you collaborate closely with our tech people to sharpen proposals
- Strategic thinker: you have ideas about how we can grow
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- A network in Flanders among growing companies and CEO/COO/CTO profiles
- Previous experience with HubSpot CRM or comparable tools
- Insight into pricing models for project work and SaaS
- Affinity for product demos — you feel comfortable in technical conversations
