What we're looking for

Strong in code, at home in AI

A solid technical background

You know how to build secure, maintainable software.

Laravel, and a love for it

You are at home with Eloquent, queues, API design and testing.

Knowledge of or training in AI

You know how language models work, what they can do and where their limits are.

You develop with AI

You use AI intensively in your daily development work, with tools like Claude Code: to write, test and review code.

Also important

Autonomous and proactive Clear when you explain, without jargon Team player who shares what you learn Fluent Dutch, with clients and colleagues

Nice to have

Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Livewire Anthropic or OpenAI APIs MCP or your own agents DevOps: deploys, CI/CD, monitoring

How many years of experience you have matters less than what you can do and how you work. A talented recent graduate or someone with years behind them: both are welcome.
