Efficiency gains in construction:
an afternoon with AI

Construction companies and installers lose hours every week counting quantities, typing up work orders and sorting email. We show live what AI does with that, on real material from the sector.

For everyone in construction and installation
who loses too much time on admin

You don’t need to know anything about AI. If you know your own working week, you can follow along. We work with examples from construction, the installation sector and their suppliers, not with general theory.

Business owners and managing directors

You want to see at a glance where your sites, margins and planning stand. Without someone having to put reports together first.

Estimators and work planners

You count quantities on drawings and type them into your bill of quantities. That is exactly where the most time can be won.

Site and project managers

Work orders, site reports and keeping track of crews and deliveries. Everything that still has to be done in the evening.

Admin staff and office managers

The mailbox full of price requests, purchase orders and supplier emails. Sorting, forwarding, answering.

Suppliers and wholesalers

Price requests, orders and technical questions from contractors and installers, each in a different format. Retyping into your ERP, looking things up, answering.

Two hours of workshop,
and time to talk

At 12:00 we sit down for lunch, so you can get to know the other participants from construction and installation at your ease. At 13:00 we start the workshop itself.

12:00

Welcome and lunch

You are welcome from 12:00. We provide food and coffee, and you have an hour to meet the other participants. Can you only make it at 13:00? Indicate that when you sign up.

13:00

Part 1: what AI does in a construction company today

No slides full of promises, but live demos on material from the sector: a quote, a work order, a site meeting, a full mailbox. We show what works today, and also where AI falls short.

14:00

Break

Fifteen minutes of coffee and time to ask the questions you would rather not ask in front of the group.

14:15

Part 2: applied to your company

We go over where things get stuck at your company and work from there. For each situation we look at what is feasible today, what you can start with yourself and what needs custom work. We are also clear about the two questions that always come up: what does it cost, and where does your data end up.

15:15

Networking

We wrap up at 15:15 and there is time left to chat over a coffee. If you need to move on, that is of course no problem.

You leave with
something you can use

An honest picture

What AI can handle in construction today, and just as important: what it cannot. So you don’t put money into something that will not work anyway.

Things you can try yourself

Concrete applications that need no project or budget. You can start with them this week.

A view of your biggest time sink

We look at how you work together and tell you where the gain is biggest. That is different for every company.

Peers from the sector

You sit together with other construction companies and installers who run into the same problems. That conversation is often worth as much as the workshop.

Do I need to bring anything?

A laptop is welcome, but not required. If you have a quote or work order that eats up a lot of time, do bring it along. Then we work with your material.

I can’t make it on 13 October

Fill in the sign-up form anyway and indicate that you can’t make it. Then you will be the first to hear when the next session takes place.
