Scaling Sevendays in 2026 through acquisition and AI innovation

From December 2025, Sevendays will take over the activities of Out of Site, thus strengthening its expertise in custom web applications and digital platforms.

Since 2005, the multidisciplinary team at Out of Site has been working on local, national and international web projects.

From December 2025 onwards, Sevendays will continue the activities of Out of Site. All ongoing projects and client relationships will be seamlessly taken over, with the same focus on quality and a personal approach.

Based in Breda, Out of Site has built a strong reputation in custom web applications and digital solutions across a wide range of industries. That expertise and those long-standing client relationships now find a new home at Sevendays.

What does this mean for clients?

For Out of Site’s clients, very little will change in practice — except that they can now rely on a larger team and broader expertise. All ongoing projects will continue without interruption, with the same attention to quality and detail.

The projects we are taking over are diverse and challenging. They range from extensive platforms for maintenance operations and financial reporting tools in the hospitality sector, to large-scale platforms in the childcare sector that support thousands of parents and caregivers in quality monitoring, as well as event registration systems.

Many of these projects are complex internal applications, developed over many years, with integrations into external systems and business-critical processes.

That doesn’t deter us — quite the opposite.

Why this acquisition?

At Sevendays, we believe in long-term relationships and continuity. When a fellow agency decides to wind down its activities, it is crucial that clients are not left behind.

In the Out of Site projects, we recognised the same values we stand for at Sevendays: custom solutions that truly align with a client’s business processes, technical robustness, and a personal, involved approach.

This acquisition also strengthens our offering. We are have expertise in Symfony applications, Drupal websites and now we add mobile apps to our existing specialisations in AI, Laravel, integrations and digital platforms.

Our approach

This transition is not a future plan — we are already fully operational. We are in close contact with several clients and actively working on new features and improvements. This smooth start confirms that the foundations are solid and that we can quickly add value.

In the coming weeks and months, we will personally reach out to the remaining clients to get acquainted. This is not a formality. At Sevendays, we value knowing our clients and their challenges personally. Only when we truly understand how a business operates, which processes are critical and where the pain points lie, can we deliver real added value. That personal involvement is what drives us — and what our clients appreciate.

For ongoing development projects, we ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and documentation. Existing agreements regarding support and maintenance will be fully respected, and together with each client we will determine the best way forward for their projects.

A step forward for both parties

This move fits perfectly within our vision: locally accessible, yet professionally scaled. Large enough to handle complex projects with a team of specialists, while remaining small enough to know and serve every client personally.

If you have any questions about the acquisition or would like to get to know our team, feel free to contact us.

We look forward to continuing the great work of Out of Site and, together with their — now our — clients, building new digital successes.

Efficiency for your team. Better experiences for your customers.
